Default 300x servo question about pulse rate

My buddy gave me his upgraded servoes that he had for his 300. i now have a Hitec HSG-5084MG for the tail servo and 3 cyclic Turnigy TGY-21.1 DMH. I want to use these but i dont know what the pulse rate needs to be set at in the BX. Anyone have an idea on what they recommend to run these at?

I'm pretty sure you probably mean the "swashplate servo frequency" and not the "center position pulse length." BeastX is locked at 1520μs for the center position pulse length for the swashplate servos, so the only variable you can adjust is the swashplate servo frequency. I trust KiloXray's advice and he stated he ran them at 200Hz in this thread...

The HSG-5084MG is apparently 1520μs center pulse and 333Hz frequency according to this thread...

Thanks Nelsonism, whats your advice on the tail servo freq, and center position pulse length? Do I stick with what the 300x book recomends or does this tail servo I listed above need a different setting?

Default Beast X Hitec 5084MG frequency

I have copied the following off the BeastX web site. They have a list showing most servos and what the settings should be.
Servoname
Swashplate

Tail

Frequency

Center-Position
Pulse-Length

Frequency

HS-5084 MG
blue
200 Hz
blue
1520 µs
blue flashing
333 Hz

They suggest 1520 and 333hz on the tail - dont know how these would perform on cyclics but it looks like they can be used on the swash

Its jiggered up the list so here it is again:

HS5084MG Swash Blue 200hz

HS5084MG TAIL Blue 1520 Blue Flashing 333hz

Dont know why they have it running on two different frequencies for Swash and Tail
