Default Another xxtreme setup question

In the manual the main shaft has 1 hole in the top and one whole in the bottom. Mine has 2 holes drilled in the top. It won't make it quite far enough down to get the Jesus bolt in the bottom hole and it needs to go up a tad to go in the upper hole. My problem is that in the upper hole the swash to servo links have to be like 40mm and the swash sits too high. I know this is something stupid and I'm not thinking. Any xxtreme owners out there? What did your servo to swash and swash to grip linkages come out to and does your main shaft have two holes In the top

The two holes in the main shaft is new with the introduction of the kit...as none of our prototype shafts had the two holes. It doesn't really make a difference, as the head cannot go down far enough on the shaft to be able to use the bottom hole. So the top one it is.

The linkage numbers in the manual are guidelines, as servo brands differ, with the spacing from the mounting lugs to the output spline are not all the same. So the numbers can't all be the same either.

When we set ours up, with the servo arms @ 90 degrees at 1/2 stick, the swash sits at a height so that the swash plate driver arms sit about level. In this condition, to the eye (at least to me), the swash plate looks a little on the high side. But all is well. From there adjust the swash to blade grip links to get zero collective.

I have mine at basically what the manual depicts for servo to swash and took the head on and off multiple times...after posting my question and waiting for an answer, once you answered, I put the head back on and it all lined up how it should . Just had to adjust the swash to grip for 0 pitch...or close to it until i get the blades, electrical etc all setup. Thanks again Dave
