Default shogun help....

I have a lil problem w/my shogun, not shure if the setup is not right or what.
First of all, the tail rotor is not very stable when trying to hover, second, as i add power for lift off, tail wants to torque around a bit making it a bit rough to fly.
Maybe the setup is wrong as i am using a hitec eclips 7 radio, it is kinda hard to understand the setup procedures of the transmitter.
any help or suggestions would be very apreciated.
Thanx

Default hey

you want to make sure you dont have too much pitch. if you do you tail rotor is goin to go nuts. so you maybe want to lift off at 3 degrees. with the motor runnin at 2500 rpms. the fater the motor runs the more stable the heli will be.

If its spining around try switching your gyro 180 degrees, also make sure you have a good one, like Futaba Gy401, with head lock. I've gone through 3 different makes and found the Futaba to be the best.
Also make sure you have zero pitch at half throttle too.
