Default Radikal g20 grip lever question

Greetings, just began building my new g20 HD (my first gasser, I am STOKED)....in my kit the arms that bolt to the blade grips have 2 holes on each side for link balls...the instruction manual shows three holes on one side and two on the other. Not sure which holes I should screw the balls in. I fly sport only. Also after building the head and playing with it, I tilted the swash and spun the head....the ball links on the long rods (from upper swash to grip arm) slightly rubbed the mounts on the lower swash where the servo balls go....maybe I was tilting too far but it didn't look like it...anyone seen this issue? Anyway I don't care a whole lot...I am just thrilled to soon be flying gas! Thanks in advance.

Just had a look at mine. I have the HD head on my G20 also, but the mixing levers in my kit came with the balls installed already. The mixing levers in my kit had 2 holes on each end of the lever. On the short link side of the lever the ball is in the outer hole, long link side, inner hole. At least that's the way I put the lever on the grips.

I have the same issue you do with the long link rubbing at full flybar deflection. If I was to move the ball to the outer hole on the long link side, it would not rub anymore. Not too often I use full throw on my cyclic controls though.

Got the engine from a RunRyder member. It is a G20EI. BH Hanson has good prices on them whether you want stock or modded.
