Default L500 ---> L400

Has anybody "downgraded" their L500 to L400?
Does the L400 and 500 share some parts?

Im upgrading my two L500se's to L6003d and L600se and got some spare parts.

I got a 500se tail assembly and complete FBL head, inc. swash, a mini Vbar, a HW platinum 100A/jazz 80, Kontronik tango 1100kv.

I run 6s pairs (12s) 3000 and 3300 in my othe Logos, can I run those as 6s in a L400?

What can I use, and what do I need?

The Logo 400 frames are completely different, but many other parts are common.
Tail assy, head assy, boom (if you cut to length) landing gear.

Servos are Midi size not fully size. Other than that you can use all your radio gear.

I recommend you download the Logo 400 manual from the Mikado website, and compare.

The frame is completely different for sure, but what if you did a 470mm kit? (400SE). All you would need is the boom/belt/motor. ... hhmmmm i don't know if that would work though.

Thanks for the input.

Yes, I know the frames are different, but if head and tail is the same, and I can share LiPos, use Vbar and ESC, then it may not be all that expencive to get it up and running

Ill have a look at the manual

All the parts I need to get a complete airframe, is almost equal to the price of a kit...

...so now Im tempted to buy a kit instead Got loads of spares for the 400

Or maybe just buy blades and a belt, and see if it flys
