I grounded mine to a mounting bolt... See pic.

Thanks, that is where I was leaning also. Wanted to use the backplate but the screws there are recessed.

Looks like I may have to buy some hardware to mount the align sensor for the governor. Did you use locknuts behind the frames to hold yours on?

I just used the little plastic pate which comes with the govenor sensor. Couple of spacers and some longer screws....job done.

No, two regular small nuts with loctite. Two spacers and washers to secure it all. The spacers are the brass inserts for an old tail pitch slider I had in my junk box.
