Deff keep the 500, the 300 cant compare in any way shape or form IMO. Once you get 10 or so packs into the 500 and get comfortable with it you will love it. I wouldnt give mine up for anything (till i have something bigger at least) it makes the 300 still a micro for me which is good and bad in different ways.

Welcome to the 300x club tho, i just got mine a week ago and still feeling it out. Lynx blades and scorpion motor hopefully soon to se if it doals more to my liking, its been proven it can be done its just costly to do so.

Speaking of cost. The 300 went down today.

A main shaft issue reared its ugly head & sent it down. This thing is actually fairly expensive to rebuild considering its size. It cost significantly more than the 450 I had. Guess I should've done a little more homework. I am definitely going to rebuild her, but it just kind of caught me off guard a bit. $20 for the cheapy eflite servos, really? I'm going to give her a good upgrade. Motor, servos, frame stiffner etc and see what happens.

Dang it! I had just gotten the ikon dialed in .......
