Default Would you want a more aggressive canopy shape?

I was talking with David from Fusuno about a canopy for my 90 and asked about different paint schemes and possibly different shapes.

Regarding paint schemes, what I was asking for was no problem, the Assassin or the Infinity Fire and he said that, yes, he could make a different shape. What I am after is something similar to the newer Trex 600/700 shapes. The more sharp pointed design as opposed to the more bubble canopy.

One thing questioned was if there would be enough of a market to make a new line worth it.

So, take a look at their site and ask yourself, would you like to see more aggressive shaped canopy for the raptor 90?

Not trying to be a d*ck, but why would you want a Raptor that looks like a T-Rex? I would like to see more schemes for the Rappy though.

I like the new style canopy they have, but would love to see something different like a 500 sized electric or a 550 sized electric.

Yeah I like the idea of the rappy shape all its own and I have no problem with the way it looks. I agree that a raptor with a conopy shaped like a trex would not be appealing to me. Raptor - Trex - Chevy - Ford

While I don't own one myself or think my opinion should carry much weight, something in between the old style and the newer style would be pretty cool. Rappy's have always been different in their own way and it would be cool to see a new twist on an oldie but a goodie design. I agree with TCipolla that it should not look like a Trex. If you wanted an Align, you would've bought one of those instead.

Not trying to get it to look like an Align...just used that as an example of the more aggressive lines I'd like to see. If anything the Align is copied from something like the Vibe or Aurora.

Speciffically what I don't like is lower hump. I'd like to see that blended with a smooth transition from just in front of the skids to the nose.

There definitely needs to be more sources for painted canopies for the 90. Not much to choose from. The lines and shape of the hardened fiberglass ones are nice looking. The attached photos are painted in this canopy and it is longer, sleeker and more pointy. Makes all of my TREX canopies look bad. I agree , the old canopy needs a facelift for sure !! Im looking hard for a nice one for mine but come up empty. Canomod wants $200 to do this.... I saw this one at Orlando Heli Blowout in December... Check it out. It was painted by Canomod. BAD-ASS !!! (of course this whole Heli is BAD-ASS !! ):
