Default Connecting differently charged lipos in serial (12s)

I am building by first 12s heli, and was wondering: if, by any chance I make a mistake and load up the heli with one full pack and one empty pack, what will happen? My flight will obviously be shorter before I hit the LVC, but will the lower-charged pack get ruined?

Thanks!

Simple answer, the less charged pack will be discharged below the safe limit and probably ruined.

+1. The ESC would likely not see this as LVC until too late, as 6 cells would still be properly charged. While 6 would be falling off a cliff
