Suggest remove battery, cycle on/off switch and try again.
Aurora 9 - Off/On Switch problem? TX Auto Saves (flash) Each Session's Programming and Trim Settings etc on Shutdown. Allow time to complete task before switching on again.

If firmware updated recently, reloead previouse version and then update once more.
Otherwise Note: Hitec USA only services North/South America and Canada. All other countries see appropriate distributor for service.
• If you are from a country that is outside North and South America, please contact the Hitec distributor in your country for service.

I ll post here a possible sollution for anyone else who has a prolem with the touchscreen on the aurora 9
Some times the touchscreen didnt react or did inputs by itself
My sollution was to clean the touchscreen but not only on the outside
I took out the whole lcd assy and even loose the touchscreen from the metal bracket so i could clean the whlole surface, just be careful to pull out the flatcables(pull the plastic locker back)
The touchscreen is glued on the outher sides of the metal bracket, just warm up with a hairdryer and i used the tip off a airplane prop to pry it loose, clean it and just put it back with thin dubbelsided tape
Put everything back toghetter and in my case the problem was solved, hope it helps
