Default Hitec Aurora 9 trims wouldn't work?

I'm not sure when this started, but I just purchased Phoenix 4 and I setup a heli in my radio and accidentally hit one of the trims on the radio and it didn't beep. So I continued to bump it and it didn't work. So I did some checking and notice that all the trims on the radio didn't work in one direction. The throttle and elevator only work down and the rudder and ailerons only work to the right. This goes for not only the phoenix heli I setup but for all my planes and heli's in my radio, which I have around 10.

Is there a setting in the radio some where? I can believe a trim wouldn't work for one model if there is a setting, but for all the models in the radio? And they all wouldn't work in the same direction on all the model's.

Can anyone help?

Steve

Try a new model setup under Acro and check that trims (throttle trim works only with stick below 50% mark) are AOK
then recheck other existing models and Phoenix tips under :
. Hitec Aurora 9 - Simulator Interface Function Set-up
If problem still exists, refer to:
. Hitec Warranty & Service - homepage.
Note: Hitec USA only services North/South America and Canada.
"Hitec USA customer service department is available Monday through Friday*

• If you are from a country that is outside North and South America, please contact the
. Hitec distributor in your country for service.

Added a new model and still have the same problem of the trim not working in one direction. Called Hitec service and they told me the same thing, need to send it in for repair. Glad it happened now. Thanks, Alan.
