For many years I and some of the other heli enthusiasts used to make the trip down from Canada. Unfortunately, I had not attended for a number of years. Going back this year was just super even if I could only make it on Saturday.
It was great to be able to again chat with some of the fellows from before . Mike, Archie, Dan, Jay, Mark, Ralph and to meet some new fellows. Of course getting to spend some time with my friend Todd was icing on the cake. I think we figured out how to solve a he political crap that happens in both our countries. Nick, your demos were off the Hook!! You guys have to get an FAI/F3N team organized one of these days. I will forward your suggestion to have the F3N comps separated in order to have them on even numbered years with the F3C on odd numbered years. Looking forward to more chat time in Austria next year. Of course the other demos where also very interesting and exciting to watch. It is always great to see everyone, from novices to pros relaxing together and all having a great time. A big than you to all the sponsors for the great pilot draw prizes and for supporting their pros for our entertainment. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Cascade club people involved in pulling this off so well..... from the great breakfast Saturday morning, to the demos, the school, to organizing the two flight lines etc. for the enjoyment of the 100+ registered pilots. TWO THUMBS UP.

That was awesome Alex! Next time I'll use my Goblin instead of the scale Cayuse.
