Not a problem with my one-way yet, but I have only 5 flights on it so far. A friend of mine had lock ups on his one-way from 3rd flight on. Took it out and cleaned it, oiled it, and it still locked up. He tried a new one and the same. Finally, he cleaned it in an ultrasonic cleaner (for jewelry), oiled it and it seems to be better now.
Opps, I see you meant the one-way in the clutch. May need the same treatment as the bearing in the main gear. Probably need a good arbor press to remove it, however.

Only time I have seen this is in a crash. Also very important that you adjust your clutch stack properly when install. Make sure your gear mesh is good and you can rotate the starter coupler smoothly at all posistions of the motor.
You will DEF need an arbor press to get the clutch one way out of the clutch and for install as well.

That's the first one I've heard of. What starter are you using?

I recently broke a start shaft which also took out the clutch bearing. Still unsure as to the cause, but I cannot rule out misalignment of the stack.

Be advised there that the clutch 610-160 does not come with a bearing, though some retailers will supply one with a bearing under the same part number. If you don't own an arbor press you will not get a bearing in successfully (i'll probably be corrected on this) - i know i used a vice and proceeded to damage the bearing.
