Default Problem programming a NEW AR7200BX

Hi guys,
I’m setting up a FBL Rex500.
I have set my DX8 to all the settings recommended for the Blade 500X.
I did keep a linier pitch setting as recommended in the AR7200 manual.
During setup when I get to step E (rudder servo end points) the servo won’t move.
All servos move correctly when the 7200 is not in setup mode.
I was getting ready to send the 7200 back to Horizon and in the mean time I purchased another AR7200BX.
SAME PROBLEM!!!! Step E rudder servo won’t move.
I have watched the videos here for setting up the 7200 and in step E the servo is supposed to move to set the end points.
What the heck am I doing wrong?
2ea Ar7200, 1ea DX8, same issue.
Any ideas?
BTW I called Horizon Hobbies to discuss this problem and they were no help

What do you have for your Tail gain in the Tx - I have heard of people having similar problems if the Gain was set to zero (or very low).

Good luck

Default Hi Mike

if your talking about the gyro in the DX 8, the normal position is 34.5
Everything else is set according to the Blade 500X manual Page 7
Sorry, I can't seem to be able to attach the manual.

In dx8 i think the gain needs to be on gear channel and set to f mode switch.
