Thumbs down What a rippoff!
Man I usually have good luck with helidirect. I got a new canopy off ebay helidirect store. Well there pic was fuzzy and they said it was for a trex 700v2. Which I took as a electric v2. Well the canopy is for a nitro pro. Sent it back for a refund and they said only store credit. I payed through PP and they didnt even reimburse me for the whole total. So I get a get a gift voucher and go to use it today. Well it said voucher excepted and did not take the voucher total off my purchase today.. Now I can even use the voucher anymore.

Why don't you contact them. I don't think they intended to rip you off. There is nobody better in the business than HD, IMO.

I got the refund well the purchase price not the original shipping. Ebay actually told me I should have gotten a full refund. Also they should not make me take store credit. They should have credited my PP account. its all good now.
