Cool case!!! And so much room for all your stuff. I wish I had a T-Rex 500 to put it into it...

Sure no problem I'll do it for him:

inner dimensions:
width 108 cm
depth 19 cm
height lower part 27cm / height upper part 6cm

outer dimensions:
width 113 cm (with handle)
depth 22 cm (with handle)
height 36 cm

empty weight about 7 kg
(it comes with 4 foam inlays which can be cut according to your requirements)

I got this Heli in ebay.com for 60 Euros. You can find it if you search for eCase6 . Take the time and wait for a normal auction not via buy it now.

Now the web site says "product not found" (in German) and eCase6 is missing on the list to the left. What happened?

Darn! It was such a neat looking case for the 500 ...

No, I don't know what happened exactly. I bought one case on eBay right before Christmas but it hasn't arrived yet.

I'll keep you informed.

This one would be a cool case and would fit...

http://www.peli.com/cases_detail.php?Case=1780T

But you could buy another T-Rex for the price of it...

I wrote to AluCases and was told/promised that the eCase6 will be available again in two months from now - so just be patient - and we will all have a perfect case for our T-bird.

Is the foam at the bottom thick enough to be able to cut slots for the lipo's to sit in?

Cheers

Hejsan Norge.

Yes, the original poster did, but it is in back order for the time being.

Check their website to see if they ship to Norway (outside EU)
