HugoCraft I send you this in PM but figure I post it here too.
This is with CC Ice HV80 the 14t will put you at 2155HS @ 90.3% in Gov set rpm . Now with 13t 2150 is 97.1% in gov mode.. THe CC esc is efficent at 95% to 97%. I try to stay at 95% so the gov can hold the HS at the end of the flight but you have to use the data logger to see how it doing for you, it depends on how hard you fly. 2110HS is 95.3% with 13t pinion .

Update Flying 4025-550 w/13t @ 2125HS at 96% 5:30 minutes 3D putting back 75% to 80%

I'm actually going to try running an unusual setup (to be taken off my Kyosho EP700) until funds allow me to upsize to a bigger, more powerful setup:

Fusion 50 FBL
TotalG (or Mini-v if I can't get it to fit)
CC ICE 100
2x3S Hyperion Gx 5000mAh
Scorpion 4020-1390
Spektrum HS6040 x3 on cyclic
Futaba BLS251 on tail
Edge FBL 553mm main blades
Stock tail blades
Most likely a 12t pinion, governed to 2200-2300RPM.

I'll likely move to 623s, 12s 3300mAh, ICE 80HV on my first crash. (Still haven't decided if I want to run a 4025-550 or 4035-560 - latter seems overkill, and is heavier).

Here's my setup:

Fusion 50 FBL
VBar Mini V5.1
Futaba BLS451 Cyclic
Align DS650 Tail
Scorpion 4025-550 Motor
Castle Creations Phoenix 110HV
WR Super Bec
MS Composit Champions 620mm
Orig. Tail Blades
Nano 3300mah and 4500mah 6Sx2

Hell of a machine!

Cheers

I finally use the following:
FBL system MicroBeast
Cyclic: Outrage BL 9080
Tail servo: Outrage BL 9188
Motor: Kontronik Pyro 700-52
ESC: Kontronik Jive 80HV
Blades: will test the Zigsaw blades(weigh less than 114 gram each)
Batteries -> will use the Hyperion 2950 mAh packs (2 in series) for 12S setup at the beginning(have those on the TRex 500) and might change to 3300 mAh packs (depends on flight time and experience)
Receiver battery is a Hyperion 2S 25C 2500 mAh pack.
Running the 12 t pinion
Head speed about 2200 at 80% throttle (pushed it up to 2300 at 85%).
Flight time hard -> 4:30 minutes with about 30% left in the packs.

Default Align 700MX 510kv setup

Hi all

I have a fusion50 with the following

full size v-bar
Castle ICE 100 HV
Align 700MX 510kv with a 15 tooth pinion
2x 6s3300mAh nanotech packs setup as 12s
JR 8717 on the head
600mm V-blades

hover head speed is 2200
full pitch is 2050
max amp draw is 70Amps

only have one flight on this setup but it was very happy.

when the weather gets better I will ring it out and report back

This motor is interesting because this is the kit motor for the Trex700E so you should be able to find them used for a fair price

Harry, thanks for the Props,
I recoment to juse the 12T or max 13T Pinion,
with the 14T, the Headspeed and power will be insane, coz the motor shows no Boging,,

13T with 75% ESC seems to be extreem powerfully, that what i flying it at.
