You have to send the 12FG to Futaba service center to have the sticks calibrated.
I have not heard of any program that can be used to access the service menu of the 12FG.
12Z and 14MZ service menu can be accessed. Don't think anyone has cracked the 12FG yet.

Thumbs up

Hi freaks!
It’s easy to do! I have done this to a futaba 12FG

You have a screw in all the potentiometers.

I was having on the ruder of my futaba 12 FG

101-----+1------99 and now 100------0-----100

-create a new model
- Go to servo monitor
Open the radio to access the potentiometers
- And gentle louse the screw adjust the pot and the screw again

Sorry for my english
