Default Pitch problems

Hi All,

Currently doing a rebuild of my X400 (CCPM conversion) and I'm having trouble with setting the pitch. I seem to be getting uneven pitch at low and high stick. -ve 10 at low stick and +7 at high stick. I've watched the CCPM setup video by Finless a dozen times and seem to have a good understanding. Below are a number of points I made sure to check:

Pitch curve in radio is linear 0, 50, 100
swash is level at mid stick
end points adjusted very very slightly at low and high stick to remove any CCPM interaction
zero degrees pitch at mid stick
at mid stick washout arms are level
at mid stick mixing arms are level

after all this I'm still getting enequal pitch. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sounds almost like something is tweaked a tad. have you tried adjusting just one mixing arm? they won't both the same length after that but it might give you equal pitch. then again, i'm a newb so there might be something with doing that.

Thanks for your replies. I'm going to pull the head apart and start from scratch and see what happens.
