You'll have to use a boom mount for tail servo with this configuration, because the wiring would just be too tight with the servo holder there.

Iam sure it' s just an illusion but in the pic it looks like you have a mm or 2 between the top of the gps and the bottom of the lock nut for the main blades

That's what's left when you throw a blade at 3500 RPM head speed.

Reach? Well, I get it in there, but my fingers are, maybe an inch or 2 back on the cable. Has never been an issue, except the battery can not be mounted in the frame, when the cable is connected.

Back when I used to own Aligns I had a 450L and I had the satellites a little different, you have them so close so for redundancy ya that's great you have two instead of one but they are equally likely to be in a position that signal is blocked know what I mean , (even though its so unlikely)

Id have one vertical and one horizontal and the wire opposite where the plug goes is the actual antenna. So its better if the main antenna of each satellite is pointing in different directions.

I seem to recall having one on the bottom of the bird, like underneath your skookum sort of thing and one way forwards vertical

Hi, nice idea with the boom mount. Ive placed my sk720 be in the same spot but have the original tail servo position. It is really pretty tight (but works :-) ). What parts/part numbers did u use for the mod?

It was an odd duck that I ordered direct from china, off of ebay. They're easy to find, if you want blue...black was difficult.
