I had to wipe clean my laptop running windows 10. I can't get the DVD to install. I never get load indicator bar to move I can hear the DVD spinning but it never starts to load it.

i had same problem with my v2 disk installing on win 10.

i downloaded the v5 version and it installed fine without even putting it on dvd
