Default 600 efl pro - hard to fly in stronger wind?

i've been flying my both 6s and 12s 600 efl for many months now, but i still find it difficult to control when the wind is stronger.
it gets more and more sensitive and responsive in a way i never noticed in any heli before. every maneuver becomes really difficult.
i think this is why many people don't adapt to this heli.
does you guys feel the same?

Have you tried to increase the head speed?

i've tried many hs already. the higher the wilder. when i increase it, i usually decrease the pitch range a little. i don`t fly hard 3d, but some f3c.
i wish i had more blade options, for instance. i think a 580x51mm or a 570x56mm blade would fit me well. i think the stock 600x56mm blades are just too much.
i had a 6hv. it`s a joke compared to the power and brutality of 600 efl.

Increase HS and use some more expo to slow it down.

Mine copes with wind as I would expect for a heli of it's size. It's not as steady in the wind as a 700 but better than a 500.

2350 head speed
give it 35-45% expo to start with on the cyclics

sounds like a setup issue
these things should help

This depends a lot on your FBL controller setup. Which system are you using? I've always though my 600EFL Pro is very stable in the wind. I fly with 2250hs most of the time.

Mine is this setup
Trex 600EFL V2 V-Bar ds610 ds650 CC bec/pro Scorpion 130a HV KDE 600XF-530

by high wind what wind speeds are you talking about 5-15 mph should be a big issue unless your really new to flying heli's

your gains might be a little high on the vbar which in the wing can cause some sensitivity issues

besides that my last post should cover it

it's not less than 15mph, but it is not the wind speed only.
it seems the type of wind counts a lot.
it is hard to explain...
you mentioned that a too high swash gain could hamper the flight. which gain do you run on your vbar?
thanks.
