Mezon 130 constant rpm question
I am trying to set the RPM but it shows me 10000 and 40000 as min and max values I can choose. So I have to set the the motor rpm here not the rotor rpm, correct?
And also when I change throttle curves it does not seem to respond to values very well and just goes to max rpm which on a goblin with a 520kv motor and 22T pinion is 2480. I need to make this work. Please assist.

I have both set now to 17000 (~1800rpm) and 20500 (~2200rpm)
How do I set throttle curves anyway? To get my desired HS I had to set it to 30% - 32.5% and 39%. And the Jetibox shows those RPM values once spooled up with it connected. 1900 - 2000 - 2200 Still confusing... not sure if its set right or wrong. also the Jetibox appears to show throttle input 5% lower than that of the radio.

No, the setting is the actual head rpm (after application of the gear ratio), not the motor rpm. The min and max correspond to the full range of governed control on the throttle input channel. I set mine to 1500 to 2000, using governed headspeeds of 1700, 1850, and 1950 on my TDR.
Normally, you don't use throttle curves with a governor. I just set three RPMs for normal, idle1, and idle2 and then use throttle hold, set to the bailout position, to stop/start the rotor. I then use throttle cut, assigned to a spring-loaded safety switch, to prevent any spool-up.

As cbdane said once you have all the values for the motor set as mentioned here:
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...ight=Mezon+130 What you set as your max and min RPM Is the value you want and would see with a tach on your spinning blades.
