CC50 & Skookum 540 Ext gov: stop governing in Idle Up 2

So my setup;
Align 450L Dominator 6S (T11, main gear 121)
Skookum 540 red
CC Edge 50 light
XNova 2618-1860 10P
Ext governor mode: 3150, 3300, 3500
TX: JR 12X DSMX
Align 1450 45C, new.
Everything is fine in Normal and Idle Up 1. I could switch between modes from Normal to IdleUp2 and could hear Skookum governing correctly,
I have odd problem with governor in Idle Up 2. If I fly more then 5 sec in Idle Up2 she sudenly increase head speed (I suppose to 3600) and since that moment I lost possibility to change head speed by clicking in between Normal, Idle 1 or Idle 2.
Nothing dangerous as heli totally flyable, speed is consistent.
It may long for 2 mins then suddenly control back to normal and I could switch between modes again.

First thing I suspect is CC RPM control wire has broken connection in Skookum. Checked it and nothing wrong have found,
One more thing against this idea is the fact: speed is up to max possible. If RPM wire drops connection speed should be set to 70% from max. Is it correct?

Another options is CC Edge itself are not capable to power correctly above 3350 in gov mode with this motor (there was yellow warning in CC software above 3350 as I recall)
Could it be the reason?

Your gearing doesn't leave enough overhead for your idle2 headspeed - you are at 100% throttle ("motor power out" is at 100%).

Yes, probably you are right. But do you believe Castle automatically switch to another mode if it finds governor reach 100% too often?

I will attache another pic soon where in idle2 I was not even near 100% and yet suddenly it jump to 100% and stay here whatever mode I tried.

What other mode? sorry I'm not following your line of thought.
Post the SK flight log it will be better to see and show you what the problem is.

Please look into attachement. Those moment whrn RPM rased to 3600, it wasn't because I switch it, CC itself decide to raise it, I was already in Idle2 for more then a min when this happened

If you are using the skookum governor you should just have the castle in Heli mode and no governor. You can't use both at the same time. I am not sure exactly what you are doing here but if running the castle gov you also don't use the white wire just leave it. If using the castle gov you will only set it up in the castle and do nothing in the skookum. If you are using the skookum the use the white wire with the wire set to rpm out and set everything in the skookum with the castle like I said above just Heli mode and no gov. Personally myself I don't really use the FBL govs any more. Castles latest firmware 4.22 made the gov work very well. It isn't quite as good as the FBL gov but is very close. Close enough we switched ours just because of ease of setup. Good luck

Are you using a HW rpm sensor? If so then one of the wires attached to the motor phases might have a bad contact. Again- a flight log will help here next to the CC one.
