The expanders can only mulitplex Jeti "ex telemetry protocol". They can't pass through ex bus... There are several threads in this forum and on the Jeti forum about this

The Spirit FBL controller is extremely small compared to any other I've seen.

Do you have an estimate date on when the new firmware and new receivers will be available? Is there plan to introduce receivers with 2+ EX ports that are less than 7 channels (like an updated R3 with 2 or 3 EX port that can double as normal servo/ppm output ports)

Software next week, the final version is almost done. I know Tomas made few improvements. Rex receivers not for another 2-3 months.

We will post video next week.

There is no more US Version, we sell only the basic and let people pick whatever features they want. I think guys finally understood the idea of a la carte, custom build systems. Buy hardware up front, get whatever features you want later.

Well, there is a guy trying to sell one used on RcGroups so I would still like to know if the software upgrade prices are prorated on the special US DS-14.

None of the upgraded software items are 'fully' upgraded. So are the prices for a 'full' upgrade reduced for this radio?

IE,
DS-14 Basic 5 free mixes
DS-14 US 8 free mixes

Upgrade to the full 12 is 25 Euro. So that's 25Eur/7mixes or ~3.5Eur per mix, so a DS-14 US (in my opinion) should be ~14Euro to get the full 12 mixes.

However, I've looked and I can't find any confirmation of this but it seems logical. Otherwise, paying upfront for the special upgraded US version doesn't make sense.

No in near future, the new DS/DC-24 line is based on completely new electronic design. For color screen update you would have to replace inside boards as well as new screen and screen holder.

Ok, let's settle something. There is NO more US version, we have only Basic.

Basic has 5x Mixes and for additional 25eur you get 7 more, total 12
I hope it makes sense, you do not buy individuals, you buy block updates.
