So when do you think they will release a helical drive gear set for the Whiplash?

The main gear, and tail trans gear from the 700EX should work on the Gasser, that just leaves the Pinion gear.

Good idea! I think there maybe some other changes to the one way drive required as well. The new EX uses a different one way system. Much better design than the old unit.

The long term plan is to upgrade the N and G to a similar drivetrain.

I would think that MA would need to focus current efforts on the V2 E.
