Why would you want that? Metal grips will show you every small mistake you made on the heli. Plastic will soften that so you won't notice it as good.

Just use the metal tempest grips with the SE arms. I think that HeliProz has the conversion although it's a bit expensive.

The Stratus flies great with the plastic grips so I'm not sure why you'd wanna change that.

I would like the metal grips for my Fuery but I have a T-rex 600 and let me tell you when you put her in the groung and those grips bend your gonna wish you stayed w/ the plastic. The metal grips look awsome but their give rate sucks. My advice. Stay w/ plastic. Or not. Maybe your wallet is deeper than mine.

The grips should be fine in a crash although the arms will shear off. They're all of $25 so it's not that big if a deal. But the metal grips are notorious for being hard on the bearings.
