Default Where to send a faulty 3g system
I have a 3g unit that is faulty, where do I send it? I am sure someone in this forum has sent there's in. Please help!

Send it back to Align via your place of purchase.

What makes you think it's faulty?
I've seen a lot of user setup errors.

the elevator output is dead. checked with anouther unit in its place and narrowed it down to the 3g unit itself. I have 5 3g units that all worked fine but this one took a dump.
