3S in parallel
it seems that 6s is the way to go with the Swift but 6s is bit expensive nowadays, can i run 2pcs 3s in parallel for the meantime while learning to hover?

Hey,
Yes you can. I am testing some of the new Overlander LiPo battery packs and at the monet no dedicated 6s packs are available, hence I have two 3s 11.1 volt Poly-PRO packs in series to give me the 6s configuration. I run two of these : http://www.overlander.co.uk/detail.a...ryid=74&ID=703 It may pay though to have another balancer to make sure both packs are balanced during the charge process. . |

As your question is can they be used "in PARALLEL" the answere is NO!!!
But if they are at least of a high enough MAH and C rating to give a total of 700 watts or so, then as Ian said "wired in SERIES" they will work. |
