Default Servo setup help needed

Hi guys. Doing my first build and setup on a heli. I have the 600E Pro DFC with a Futaba T8J (the 3gx is removed while I do the initial swash setup). The bird is all together and I started on the swash setup. It appears all servos are moving in the right direction and HR3 (120deg) is selected in the tx. The problem is the Pitch servo is not responding to cyclic commands. It respond to the pitch commands though. How do I troubleshoot this?

Well, if nobody knows how to troubleshoot, can anyone provide contact information for Futaba support here in the US? The email address listed on their website bounces back undeliverable.

I believe that you do not have the 3GX unit operating at this point (?)

If one-of the Cyclic-servos is not responding to L / R aileron commands then you may have servos plugged-into the incorrect slot(s) on the RX. You may also need-to change servo-direction (SERVO REVERSING) in the TX. itself.

Which TX. / RX. are you using (?)
