Default One way bearing grease?

I looked at the one way bearings (double) in the main gear and it looks like there is no grease on these bearings. What type of grease is recommended to use on these bearings?

Do not grease one-way bearings. You apply a light oil to the rollers. Grease can allow them to not lock onto the shaft.

OK, so a light oil should do it. I will use some TriFlow in there and be done with it.
