Default Help with 3GX setup and sluggish servos

I am getting closer to getting my newly-built trex 450 in the air. I am doing DIR setup (per youtube videos, thank you) but for some reason my aileron/elevator (the two servos mounted next to the battery) respond -very- sluggishly to input from my tx's right stick, with very little travel distance up and down. However, when I move the left stick for throttle, all three servos move their full range up and down, moving the swashplate evenly up and down. Using stock align servos, AR6210 rx and DX6i. Any ideas?

make sure everything in ur radio is set up correct and then go on ur computer and make sure everything is set to default and then u can adjust as needed to correct the sluggish servos.

Sent from my EVO LTE using tapatalk 2.

Servos next to the battery are pit and aileron.
Make sure you have 120 deg swash picked in initial setup.
Leave servo horns off till your in dir setup and at mid stick.
Set TH PC 0 50 50 50 100, it makes it easier to setup your cylcic and min max pitch.
Throws will be set to the 8deg. cyclic while in setup. Outside setup you'll see more like 12 - 13. That's when you set your limits, in FM setup.
For 2.1 throttle range setup disconnect two motor wires and make sure you have a linear pitch curve.
Basics, Limits set to the max to the point it's about ot bind makes for tight flips and rolls
Control rates determine how fast cyclic responds to input and for 2.0 set cyclic expo in the software at 2 and for 2.1 I use TX expo
