I am trying to configure my first 3gx. All of my experience is with vbar so this is all new to me. I can't seem to get past the swash settings. I have my DX9 set on 3 servos 120.. But the swash is not moving correctly at all, no matter what I reverse. I have found a video saying I have to change the channel assignments in the transmitter but I cannot seem to make that happen on the required channels.. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the servos plugged into the correct ports. The back servo is the elevator port. The Left side servo is the pitch servo and the right side servo is the aileron servo. After in DIR mode get the servos moving in the correct direction using REVERSE and the swash menu by changing values from + to - or vise versa
