Kou,

Nice pics! Although in the last one you could easily be holding a machine gun the way your arms are positioned. I like it!!

Wow, great looking X50!

I see few mods you have there, rudder servo on the tail boom and tail support rods connecting them together.

http://www.helikraft.com/Thunder+Tig...+50+Titan.html seeing it's PV part number i guess it's original from Thunder Tiger. No idea if it's really red tho...

There are two different ones for sure. The one that came with my kit is red red. The spare I ordered is off-yellow/gold colored like the helikraft pic.

the original belts are the golden color. i actually like the golden ones better. my red one that came with the kit broke at about 20 flights.

There are 2 belts as spares.
PV0520-OEM and PV0520. Color of the more expensive one is not on the photo. Then also hard to say why is it almost twice the price of OEM version. But seeing how TT works, OEM parts are exactly the same as non-OEM but they don't have that fancy orange paper on top saying it's Thunder Tiger . At least tail booms are like that. Plastic parts are even from different manufacturer completely (part numbers are RCTx).

lookn good koudy. i thought about getting those same skidz. are those the ones from helicraft? does the canopy clip lock on it pretty good with no slop?

Yes they are from helikraft and they look much stronger than stock but unfortunatelly no canopy doesn't clip that much. I had to cut out a bit of it on the bottom and also tried to create some slot for the notch of the canopy holder...
Even without it you can use these, they are thicker so holder holds there fairly tightly.

The last thing i need is the canopy to blow off. Id like some colored skidz but the canopy has to clip right before i get em.

First of all, that won't happen. Second, you can carve out part of the front skid like i did it's not much work. I will try to make photos later. And even if you didn't, it's stretched over the retaining posts and locked with the clip, it shouldn't fly off. Unless you break the clip ofc...
