Default DJI ACE ONE problems (cold weather)

Hi Guys! I have a helicopter with autopilot DJI ACEONE. Unfortunately, on the
day it crashed. I will try to describe to you the essence of the
problem step by step,
... and had such wonderful weather. it is sunny day without wind and
temperature about -3 ... -7*C... (monitor on a building showed -3C,
receiver log showed minimum -7C.)
1. Switch-on power, waiting when DJI founds sattelits and Engine start
in Manual mode
2. Switch to GPS Attitude. Compass led indicates no one fails/errors.
3. Take off. Immediately after takeoff, the helicopter start to take
away the right (right bank).
4. I tried to align it manually. The helicopter began to slowly level
off, but after 2-3 seconds continued to divert to the right even more.
5. Control the helicopter was difficult. All my attempts to get him
back to the horizontal position was not possible. Controlled
helicopter began jerking delayed.
6. Control of the helicopter became impossible and it crashed near humans!

Immediately after the crash:
1. I checked the power supply system 6.0v steadily without
interruption. (it has diagnostics)
2. I checked the servo, they were working well (were disassembled and
checked)
3. I checked the log file receiver, no signal loss in flight. (Log has
all info about each packet sent and delivered)
4. I downloaded the log from ACEONE and send it to DJI Support
... from dji no responce more two weeks.

Have someone any estimates about this accident ?

Did you allow the Ace One to acclimate to the weather? If not the IMU could be confused. In low temps, I always allow the copter to acclimate, i.e., set outside for 10-15 mins, then install warm lipos. I fly at 6500' in temps below 0.

Tahoe Ed Yes. I am waiting for operator makes settings adjustment on camera about 10-15 min.

AKPhil What autopilot you had using? AceOne or AceOne Waypoint ? The AceOne temp. range +70...-5*С and AceOne Waypoint works at +70...-20*C !!!

PS A few days before, I have had a similar throuble. Helicopter began to behave very strange, but after 10-15 seconds it normalized. I landed it. After re-initializing all became
normal.
