Just got my new charger Mega Power Gemini-2014 DUO.
Hope this charger won't destroy my batteries with max 20A charge.
You can find the spec at http://www.heli-pro.com/product_info...roducts_id=967.
That page is definitely machine translated LOL.

You might be killing your lipos! 2650 is the max capacity that the pack is rated for. You're putting in more than the rated capacity of the pack. You should reduce your flight timer to 4min and then test again. You're aiming to put no more than 80% of the capacity back into the pack... so that would be 2650 x .8 = 2120.

I see. Very strange. The only thing I can think of is that they weren't fully charged when you flew them. Did your Low Voltage cutoff kick in?

You dont want the voltage protection to kick in to soon. So that should not be the problem. But maybe the battery's where not fully charged when you started the flight. Sometimes when going from non 3d to 3D you have a higher power draw. I went from 6-7 min to 4-5 min on my 450 going from non 3D To 3D flying. But my Collective management is bad

When are they gonna' stock these things again! Geez' it's been forever?! Anyone ordering em while they show out of stock? Are they still shipping? Are they screwing with us and the inventory numbers?

Whoever doing the inventory planning at HC obviously doesnt know how popular these 6s 40c packs can get in the heli world.

If you dont have a power hungry power system, you might want to consider the Turnigy 6s 2650 30c packs, plenty of those in stock now.

Btw, my flightmax 40cs have now made it past 10cycles. Balance is still perfect and no bloat. Square as a brick. Power is still awesomeness.

I have some of the 30c batts as well. Thy are good but can only charge em' at 2c. My 40c set is on about 50 charges now, and they still totAlly rock! Rock solid performance on aggressive 3d and no puffing whatsoever! Charge these bad boys in 26min fully balanced!!

P.s. I don't have a power hungry setup, just a power hungry flying style.

I went to fly one of mine today, put my bm-6 monitor on it, and one cell came up 1.8v. Dang! I have very few cycles on it, probably 10 - 20 ish.

Ive been running 2 x flightmax 6s 2650 40c in parallel in my 600esp lately. Now hitting 20cycles and in perfect condition. No bloat, square as a brick.

They have been on BO since Nov, I emailed them about a week ago and got the same song and dance I have been getting from them. I don't think they have any idea when they will be back in stock. I know I'm needing 2 more as well.

Same here. They always say 2 weeks and after two weeks when you contact them again you get the same answer.

To bad those hyperions are 3x/4x as expensive. And i dont wanna go for the older 30c packs anymore i want 35c 5c or 40c 5c
