Default Fury 55 maingear rubbing on frame?

I noticed a little nylon dust on the inside of my frames towards the nose side of the frames and saw that the maingear has very little clearance and if a load is put on it, it actually slights rubs the frame, enough so that it wore a spot in my frames. Now, I bought this heli used from a guy who is a perfectionists when it comes to building helis, but is something missing like a shim? I can fix it easy enough by taking a dremel to the frames, but I shouldnt have to, should I? Is this a common problem?

Its important to make sure that when tightening the 0875 collar, you push the rotor head down, and the collar up firmly against the upper main shaft bearing.

There is no play and it is seated as low as it can go. Problem is, the gear is rubbing on the bottom side of the frame cutout for thr gear. Seems like a shim is needed.

Have the manual? I would pull it apart and see if something moved or was installed incorrectly. Mine doesn't rub. Can you post a pic?

The only thing I think it can be is that the auto hub is machined (yes we machine a molded part) a bit off. If you would like, send the hub in to me, we'll measure it, and if it's wrong, I'll send you a new one! Deal?

I really appreciate the offer, but i think I am just gonna shave a little off the frames so it will clear. I love this thing too much and need to fly!! haha!
