GPro 8 degrees setting

Hi,
I have just been attempting to set up a GPro on an old TRex 600e, which has been converted to DFC.
I have been able to level the swash and set 0 degrees at centre stick without any difficulty, but when I have attempted to set the 8 degree pitch, I cannot get the pitch to go lower than 9 degrees even at the maximum adjustment in the software, regardless of mechanical settings.
I am familiar with Beast X, but this is the first time I've used GPro, and I can't find any information on how to bring the 8 degrees back in range.
Does anyone know how to address this problem?

Prior to setting 8 degrees what do you have for positive pitch and negitive pitch. Are ypu able to get 12 or 13 degrees positive and negitive?
