Do not use the peak charger to charge LiPo's. You will at the least ruin your battery, possibly cause the battery to catch fire. Use ONLY a charger that is specifically made for LiPo batteries.

I charge everything at .5 just to be safe, even my 2300. Takes about 4 hours, but I know I don't have to worry.

Don't know yet if it's any good but I got one from United Hobbies for $13. Most of them run about 50 so I'm a little skeptical. But if it turns out to be decent I saved enough to pay for the lipo I got with it. I've been using lipos for almost two years and never saw a balance tab until I bought some last March. All of them are still working great, but I figure the balancer can't hurt.

Hi there -

Yeah, I'm using a 60V/1A power supply to charge mine, and it's working just fine so far.

I watched the current meter and see that the charger pulls 800mA for a while, and then it drops to 500mA. Lastly, it bursts 500mA at a duty cycle which I don't have the equipment to measure.

The manual calls out a 12V/1.5A power supply...
