Agility IS NOT expo by any meaning. Agility is more like how much you want the unit to lock the heli in position. Lower agility more locked, to certain extent the unit fights the comands a little bit, the higher the agility the more natural the feeling but less locked.

So its the heading hold gain?
The word agility is kinda misleading for this param in my eyes.

Does it interact with i gain which locks the Heli in some way too..?
Maye one can compare it with I-limit ?
So long

Hello,

It's not any of the other gains, it's something else we won't tell because it's part of the BRAIN IP and we don't want 50$ chinease copy of the brain, do we ?

Thomas.

I believe it's more of a feel thing like Vivid on the Vbar. Does this sound right?

Default Help with my MSH brain!!

All,

I was trying to setup my MSH brain with my computer, and the tail servo didn't seem to operate at all. I would move the rudder stick on my dx7 and it would move the aileron servos instead?

I got worked up and was trying to rebind .,and update my brain, and now....it won't even power up!!! No red and green lights at all!!

Please help!! I tried to do the recovery technique by pushing the 2 middle pins together as desribed ...that didn't help!!! I am so frustrated!!!

+1

Slow wag is usually I gain, fast wag is P.

IT gets more complicated when you add the D gain in as that can somewhat compensate for higher I gain. So try D gain as well if lowering I does not work, or causes poor performance.

What are your other p i d settings?

"poor performance" with i gain to low would mean non consistent roll-rate on elev and climbing in fff

If you fff in with the nose in the wind and the wag increases, you'd lower p gain.

Increasing D would reduce p overshooting in some cases, but it could also increase vibtation issues.

I am sure they are working on it! and soon they will release it, the time they spend keeping us updated on the progress would be time subtracted from the work to get it done and delivered.

More parameters for governor :

https://www.helifreak.com/showpost.p...16&postcount=6

This is part of the advanced instruction we will have in the next software release, hope it helps:

Ramp up: “This parameter sets the speed at which governor goes from a slower to a faster target speed. Lower values make the transition slower while higher values make the transition faster

Ramp down: “This parameter sets the speed at which the governor goes from a faster to a slower target speed (for example, going from speed 2 2000 rpm to speed 1 1800 rpm). Lower values make the transition slower, higher values make the transition faster

Spool up ramp: This is the speed at which the unit increases speed during soft start, before the governor engages. Higher values make the soft start faster, while lower values make the soft start slower
