Little Help with Repair

Time to do some repair to the rear end of my plane. Damaged the elevator. It's all balsa construction and I used CA to glue. Came pre-covered in Mono-kote. I bought some de-bonder and applied it librally. It just doesn't seem that I can get the joints apart without destroying the rear section of the body. So any suggestions on how to separate the old so I can install the new?

Can you post a pic? Are you trying to replace the entire horizontal stab or the elevator? If you are working on the horizontal stab, you will need to cut it out, without removing any material from the slot itself.

I'll try and get a pic up so you can see. I am replacing both the horizontal stab and the vertical. Basically the entire tail section.
