logo 550 SE : ESc question (YGE-VBAR vs Jive 100LV)

Hi guyz,

I have a Logo 500 (main blade edge 550mm, tail blade 92mm) with mini vbar 5.3 pro and a kontronik jive 100LV. I use this config since 2011 and like it a lot.

Do you think that latest mini vbar firmware had a better governor (or same) than jive ? And is yge bec as good as jive ?

I'm running a Jive 100LV from 2011 in my 550SX.

I would trust the Kontronik BEC circuit over others.

The VBar governor is a personal preference thing. Some people like how it feels better.

You can always send your Jive 100LV back to Kontronik USA to have them update it to the latest firmware. There has been no change to that ESC otherwise. K has introduced a new Jive 80HV and 120HV Pro that do have an updated governor from the Kosmik as well as support for HV servos.

However I'm sure many people are very happy with the YGE externally governed.

I doubt you will be disappointed either way.
