Question Does WK 2801 Pro support 'cross-coupling' swash mixing/programming??

Hi Guys,

I'm experiencing a problem at the moment. I'm experimenting with DIY lightweight paddle designs for the 4G6 made out of paper.

They are much lighter in weight compared to the stock paddles, I've already removed the flybar weights and other misc weight from the flybar...

So what's happening now with the very lightweight and very responsive flybar setup, I'm starting to experience 'cross-coupling' - e.g. pitch inputs will also give you roll response due to gyroscopic forces. A very common phenomenon with non-electronic FBL rotorheads.

Such gyroscopic forces that used to be countered by the heavy stock flybar setup can also be compensated for if programmable elevator-aileron coupling if that feature is available on the WK 2801 Pro. Example of this is forward cyclic input by the pilot will be automatically give left cyclic input, thus, cancelling out cross-coupling and giving direct control response.

Surprisingly, adjusting this phase can also be done mechanically, rather easily with some DIY'ing. Anyway, I'd like to do it electronically first. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I think I found it in the manual,, regarding mixing elevator/aileron (PROGMIX), but I'm not sure if this is exactly what I'm looking for.

Gonna do some testing...

Yep, it is exactly what I'm looking for! Tested and it worked!

...I've almost relocated the servos... Glad I found out about this before I did! :o
