60% flat in normal, 70% flat in IU1 and 79% flat in IU2. Works for me.

The further down you goven it the harder it will be for the tail to keep up.
If it's governed too high the motor/esc will not be able to keep up with full pitch. Ideally your high speed should keep a constant rpm so you get the most out of constant cyclic and rpm. Also check lipo temps if you want them to last well.
The low...whatever you want to fly it at as long as it still behaves ok.

I'm running a 12000Kv 9t setup and I have low at 52 (helped alot by a very deep tail curve) and 63 as my high.

On DX6i radio:

Flat curve 70% for normal mode (use it as idle up 1)

Idle up (2) at 80%

Btw I found out today that it really helped me a lot to go from 30 to 50% expo on elevator and aileron! Much easier to control!

Currently I'm at 70/ 73/78. This little bugger screams at 78. I'll mess around with it some more I'm sure but it is flying great! The extra power really helps to get away from those walls real quick I've noticed. They seem to always be closer than they appear lol.

So far I'm very happy with the kit and I'm not worried about my motor burning up every time I fly it anymore.

For the DX6i it seems 80% appox is max HS. No noticeable difference vs. 90% at least. So 80% or slightly below that I guess is the max.

If we assume that 80% is max - how is that when using a governor? Should it then be set lower, or will it automatically make the headroom it needs? (even when set at 100%)
