Has anyone ever just glued the pitch and aileron servos together to achieve bracing?

I just shim those two servos and have a quick and dirty frame brace (a small piece of spare carbon) glued and screwed to the rhs. Been working fine for the last 2 years

Before I got the Lynx frame I used to run with 2 guitar picks wedged, 1 below and 1 inbetween the servos and a zip tie around the anti rotation bracket to the rear fbl mounting shelf it was a while ago, you can see the zip tie in this pic not sure if you can see the picks though. This crude way of bracing suprisingly worked great for quite a while but eventually the plastic frame just got too soft one 45°c day while in direct sunlight and warped.

Here's an old photo when I still had the crap Eflite servos, motor and esc.
You can see the shims on top of the servos and the frame brace:

Mine didn't come with servos so couldn't see it in person but with those e flite servos you must have more room in between the servos cause with these Coronas there seems to me No room between or on top of the top one maybe a spot below the bottom one maybe.. it have to be wedged with something tiny... but there is room in front of the servos and a tiny room behind i the mount that is why i thought that was were you guys were bracing them at.

Re: Gaui X2 blades and other cf blades...
I shim my Corona servos with plastics with credit card thickness. Look closely at the servo ear that goes to the bottom rearmost side. The frame has a step up there. You can either file down that step or nail-clip the ear so that bottom servo flushes with frame.

Oh I used a File and made a 45 on that rear servo to get it to fit right, did he same with the bottom of the front servo so it would go in good. I guess you shim the elevator servo so the ball would go on the front of the arm? I didn't shim it cause it looked fine, but now looking at it i do see the elevator push rod is not straight up and down with the main shaft do you know what hole you used on the corona servo arms? I am in the 4th now, the 5th hole ( last) was hitting the motor.
