Nice. Wish they offered a larger version as well. Had difficulty navigating the site in German, but didn't see one offered.

I have the century stand, just got it last week.It wont hold the heli inverted,it is not sprung like this one but it is well made. I paid right at 100 $ for it.Machined aluminum, large adgustment knobs, total weight=10 lbs.the base is steel with rubber mats in two trays. It will support my t-rex 600 steadily. The price put me off at first but I'm happy with it.works ok fer a noob like me....todd

Naa. I have broadband. But I live in Greenland, and we only have ONE internet provider. So its kinda like a monopoly.
Btw. The helistand is probably very practical, but seems a little... ... . ... light.
It seems that it doesnt take much force to lift and turn around the stand while trying to turn around the heli. (i might be wrong of course)
Nice review :-)

Attached is the link to order directly from Germany: http://www.md-modelltechnik.de

I have 15 in inventory already in the states for $110 + $10 shipping and the Adapter plate for the tripod is $17.50 (only have 4 left of these, so email for availablity.

If you order just one from Germany and use paypal it will run you 125.9 Euros or $168 to your front door.

I tried to bring in enough to get the price down to a resonable level so more people could get them.

I really thank Finless for taking the time to evaluate the Stand (even though his reviewers made things look 3 times harder than they are using the stand). If any one is interested in ordering contact me with a PM or Paypal to: dennis_rose49@msn.com.

Hi DRose43,

I noticed that this was posted awhile ago ( over a year ) do you still stock theses stands or do you know where I could get one. The link you provided to Germany no longer works, so I am just curious how I could get one? Thanks, Rj

Rj,

The thread was started just a month ago. I have 12 left in stock with 3 Tripod adapter plates. I take Paypal at dennis_rose49@msn.com. They are $110 + $10 Shipping and $17.50 if you want the adapter plate.

Thanks

Hi Dennis,

I screwed up and looked at your "Joined Date" instead of the posted date! Duh!! Anyway, I will PM you with questions and then order. Thanks, Rj

Just received mine today. What a great piece of engineering! Wish they made one for the 50 size helis. One thing I noticed on the vid that may not be clear. The Plexiglas tray is the tripod mount. If you order the stand with out the tripod mount, you will not have the "tray for parts" like the testers referred to it as. Either way this stand is worth every penny in my book. The Plexiglas adds a finished look to the stand even if you never plan on using a tripod. Great product. Thanks Dennis for the fast shipping and offering a great tool to all us Freaks.

I'm down to the last 7 stands and I don't have anymore adapter plates available. I will not be reordering anytime soon so don't wait. $110 + $10 Shipping in the continental US. Outside of the 49 staes ask for shipping charges.
