Powelson Farm & Airfield along with The Vintage Helicopter Association is holding the Third of its kind R/C Helicopter Rally on June 6th to 8th of 2014. This years event will see the Helicopters of the OLD coming together with the NEW. This years event we will be flying ALL helicopter types: Scale, Vintage, Pod & Boom, Semi-Scale, Quad-Copters, Hexa-Copters, Night Flying, New and Old. Attached is the flyer with additional detail. This is a awesome time guys. !!
Bring any size Heli you have no matter of vintage new stuff or older stuff !!
Plenty of room to fly !!! Bring your golf carts if you have one ! I'm not sure if mark will have them for rent as I know he's checking into getting some! I'd recommend bringing your generators as there's limited electric on the runway !

HI ALL !!! You really need to put this event on your list! A great easy, laid back, no time limit FLYING. All types of rotory aircraft. Vintage - Scale - New - Quads - Hex. Huge area with 2000 foot by 100 foot grass runway that Mark keeps like a golf green, (for his personal fleet of 5 full scale fixed wing). FOOD , DRINK, FUN. NIGHT FLYING FOR $20 bucks !!!!
