Ok I'm definitely missing something. I out a micro beast x on there and the tail is still
Sloppy, won't hold well and is hunting around. These all seem like signs of vibration. But I cannot see any vibes or feel any vibes with and without blades. Everything is silky smooth and no binding anywhere.

Is there something I have over looked?

I seem to have fixed it. Noticed a strange noise from the tail so took it apart and rebuilt it and everything seems to be rock solid now.

Thanks for everyone who helped out. I haven't had a good run with warps, been through 3 so far all with various problems (me being the main one). This one seems to be now problem free! Very happy.
