Ok brother, unfortunately no one has replied because we have nothing to go on.
Two pictures that don't provide any meaningful information. Have you attempted to bind it your radio? I see your using the align regulator, is it plugged into the 3GX? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

are you plugging the lead from the reg into the battery port on the 3gx
3gx does not support dsm 3 i see your going wire to wire you must power the 3gx not the rx

If you're using a spektrum radio (DX7 and up). Get rid of the spektrum receiver completely. Plug your bec into the 3gx, plug your two satellite receivers into the 3gx directly, plug your servos into the 3gx. Bind it, and go.
If you're using a spektrum dx6, you need to keep the spektrum receiver. Your bec needs to power the 3gx and the receiver. The 3gx comes with a female to female 3 wire servo lead (red, black, white). That lead needs to be plugged into the 3gx and the rx on an open port to transfer power from one to the other.

The ESC won't arm if it does not see zero throttle. Try lowering your throttle end point in your tx....
