Is a Hyperion 2213-2640 Motor Suitable For The 300X ?

Hi Guys,
Is a Hyperion 2213-2640 motor suitable for the 300X?

I have just got a new 2213-2640 in a pack of parts for the 300X. I have contacted the previous owner to see what the motor was intended to be used for. While I am waiting for a response I am seeking further advice.

HeliFreak postings all suggest the 2213-3585 is the best of the 2213 motors. Do I put the 2213-2640 to one side and use a more appropriate motor when I replace the stock motor, or do I try it out?
If so would I need to make changes to the stock 300X?

Any information gratefully received.

Kv is a bit low for 3s, you would struggle to get it above 3000rpm in head speed (REALLY low). It would probably work on 4s...

Just to compare, on Oxy3, 6s version is 2600kv...
